These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of agproconsulting.com (the “Site”) and any marketing communications sent by AgPro Consulting Private Limited(“AgPro”, “we”, “our”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern your use of this website only. Any consulting, executive search, or other professional services we provide are governed by a separate engagement letter or master services agreement signed between AgPro and the client. Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer of such services or a contract for them.

1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for personal and lawful business purposes only. You agree not to use the Site in a manner that:
- Violates any applicable Indian or international law or regulation.

You may view, print, and share pages of the Site for personal or internal business use. You may not republish, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
3. No professional advice
Content on the Site — including insights, guides, case studies, services descriptions, and FAQ answers — is for general information only. It is not a substitute for specific legal, regulatory, financial, or commercial advice scoped to your situation. Any engagement with AgPro is governed by a separate written agreement, which is where our professional obligations and deliverables are defined.

The Site may link to third-party websites — regulators, government schemes, industry publications, and service partners. We do not endorse the content of those sites and are not responsible for their practices or availability.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. 6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, AgPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the Site is capped at ₹10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees).
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AgPro, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
8. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
9. Privacy
Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our practices under the DPDP Act, 2023.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
