All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, structural design, case framings, and proprietary methodologies (the “Agri-Fit Assessment”, among others) — is the property of AgPro or its licensors, and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and related Indian intellectual-property law.

You may view, print, and share pages of the Site for personal or internal business use. You may not republish, modify, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Content on the Site — including insights, guides, case studies, services descriptions, and FAQ answers — is for general information only. It is not a substitute for specific legal, regulatory, financial, or commercial advice scoped to your situation. Any engagement with AgPro is governed by a separate written agreement, which is where our professional obligations and deliverables are defined.

The Site may link to third-party websites — regulators, government schemes, industry publications, and service partners. We do not endorse the content of those sites and are not responsible for their practices or availability.

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, AgPro disclaims all warranties — express or implied — including those of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, title, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, AgPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss. Our aggregate liability for any direct damages arising from your use of the Site is capped at ₹10,000 (Ten Thousand Rupees).

You agree to indemnify and hold AgPro, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

Use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes our practices under the DPDP Act, 2023.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
