The shape of the work.

Every engagement is partner-led, outcome-scoped, and named against a deliverable rather than billed against hours. That rhythm shapes the kind of work you’ll do here. You won’t be assigned to a deck factory. You won’t run long tails of ambiguous internal process. You will sit inside the client’s operating context, ship artefacts every Friday, and handover at the end.

We are selective about additions because we are partner-led by design. Most of our growth comes from a named partner taking on more named engagements, not from stacking analyst-pyramid leverage. If you have run an agri-operating function at senior level and want to sit on the advisory side without losing the operating rhythm — that fit is what we add for.

Operating model is hybrid. Both offices — Pune and New Delhi — are real workplaces where partners are in regularly; most of the partner-level team works from home or client site most weeks. We compensate above market for the seniority we hire at, partner-track is transparent, and we don’t dilute partner ownership to raise capital.

What we look for

Four signals we weight heavily.

Operator depth
You’ve carried a quota, run a plant, managed a regulator, or stood up a channel — not written about it from the advisory seat.
Agri-domain fluency
You understand one sector inside out — inputs, machinery, food, dairy, horticulture, or agtech — and you speak its operating language.
Judgment over process
You know when to follow a playbook and when to depart from it. Consulting frameworks are tools; client outcomes are the score.
Clarity in prose
You write plans that an operating team reads without a glossary. No synergy. No leverage as a verb.
